How to restrict Visibility(edit or view) of HRIS element depend on effective end date.

Dear community,

EC Job information have History. I want to restrict visibility of element (not field) by end date.

※I do not want to use business rule.

Effective end date < 2023.3.31, 1st and 2nd records should be only view.

Except for Effective end date < 2023.3.31, 3rd record should be edit.

Ex)

1st 2015.1.1~2018.12.31

2nd 2019.1.1~2023.3.31

3rd 2023.4.1~9999.12.31

Have you faced something similar? How would you advise to proceed in order to make element view onlyfor the login user/worker?

I suppose it's hard to achieve. When using permission to set visibility, you cannot set it based on effective date. What about only granting Insert permission rather than Correct permission? Then users can only insert a new record, and they cannot edit the current records. Please refer to the screenshot about the permission.
