How to restore performance self-evaluation

I completed and submitted my self-evaluation which was sent to a manager. The receiving manager was my old manager. HR corrected my assigned manager and reissued my performance evaluation. Doing so, caused me to start over with my self-evaluation. Is there any way to restore my completed self-evaluation?

You cannot restore a form as a user, but an Admin can.   You can see if they can restore your old form temporarily so you can copy and paste your data.
