How to remove bubbles in SAP Workforce Performance Builder?

Hello together,

my goal is to export a video file of my recording without any bubbles, just a plain video.

I already tried to set the Bubble duration in the tools>bulk change option to 0 seconds. When I try to export the video the rendering starts but nothing happens. The status bar stands still.

Also when I enter the settings>Playback Settings>General>Video I can't change the time for the "Duration Bubble". The field is not editable.

Is there a special reason why this field is not editable?

Hi Christian,

in the mean time we have two good options for this:

• The screencast video. To use this, chose "Quick Recording" when starting the recording. Then check the "Record Screencast Video" on the same screen. When creating a video from that project, you can chose the screencast video and there won't be any bubbles in it. It will show your mouse moving and every action you did during the recording will show.

• Removing the bubbles from the demo mode (which is the base for the video). Uncheck the "Bubble in Demo" in the Simulation section of the macro. You can select several macros and do it for all of them, too.
