How to Read Table Report .sfr file

When we export a table report from SF it is in a .sfr file, we are having an issue opening the file to view the configuration. Does anyone know how to open a .sfr file to view the configuration?

The .sfr file is a proprietary file format used by SAP SuccessFactors. It is not a standard file format that can be opened by any program. To open and view the configuration of the file, you would need to use the SAP SuccessFactors Report Designer tool. This tool is available with the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
