Hi,
I created a requisition with the Hiring Manager specified and published the Job Posting.
Logged on as a candidate and applied for the same Job Posting.
Executed a few activities as a Recruiter with the Hiring Manager specified for each activity.
I logged in as the Manager (the same Hiring Manager who was specified) and found that the candidate was in the 'Total' column.
How to push this candidate to the 'Shortlisted' column?

Thanks for the link. What I understand from this thread is the consultant was not able to push the candidate into shortlisted column before filling up the questionnaire as a recruiter. But on filling up , he was able to. He was not able to assess the candidate after pushing the candidate into shortlisted column for which BADI: HRRCF00_SHORTLIST is suggested.
But my problem is, I am not able to push the candidate to the shortlisted status even if I fill the questionnaire as a recruiter.
Will the same BADI work for my problem too?
