Our customer wants to prorate Accrual Leave - Annual Leave based on employee's hire date.
For example, if an employee's hire date is 2021-06-10, for the next year (2022), the employee's Accrual Leave will be prorated and since 2023, it will be granted as 15 and so on.
So for 2022, the value for accounting post will be 9 even though workdays (205 days) / 365 days * 15 = 8.4 since it should be Round Up.
And For workers who have worked continuously for more than 3 years, 1 day is added for every 2 years of continuous employment exceeding at least 1 year.
Up to 25 days can be added.
Could you please provide me any advice or referable documents or let me know how to configure this business rule in SF?
Referable screenshot would be appreciated and please refer the attached screenshot for the details.
Thank you.
