We have a case in which the organizational chart of positions was unchanged and the org chart had an alteration separating a single employee from the other immediate superiors. There is a program that updates between Organization Charts. That is, when the Organization Chart of positions changes, the program changes and updates the Org Chart so that it stays the same. However, looking closely at the case, this did not happen. What else should be checked to get to the why of this problem?

Dear Adilson,
In Position Management Settings, are you using the Position Hierarchy as the lead and also the 'Hierarchy Adaptation'? This should be enough for you to have both charts in sync.
I Hope this helps!
Thank you.

I've been checking the job for the production and test environments in provisioning and haven't noticed any differences between them. Both work and are active.
Thanks for your answer. I will continue analyzing the case.
Compliments,
Adilson

Dear Karen,
The configuration you mentioned using automated Hierarchy is not where the problem is in production and also not where the problem does not exist. Anyway, the way the system under test is at least, the hierarchies already synchronize even without the configuration you mentioned and what I wanted to know is what happened to break the production-only Org Chart since there was no change in Position Org Chart recently.
What should I check in addition to Position Management?
Thanks,

Dear Adilson,
Besides that, I would say that you need to check the HRIS sync in provisioning since the Manager field is the one which leads the People Chart and it depends on the EC Manager (Parent Position). If the job is not running, not syncing, you may adjust it to run daily.
Thank you.

Dear Adilson,
In the screenshot that you have sent it says that the Automated Hierarchy Adaption is not enable. Can you enable it and test the scenario again?
Thank you.
