Looking for your support regarding Learning Notifications to find a solution for this business need:
Send overdue learning notifications to 3 recipients: 1) The User who has the overdue learning assigned and 2) copy the User's Manager, and 3) the User Manager's Manager. So effectively notifying the user and the two managers directly above the user in the reporting structure.
Is there any way a Notifications Template can be configured/ created or any LMS functionality that can be used to to achieve this ?
