How to measure usage of the Recruiting Module

Hello! Does anyone know how can I measure if the recruiters in my company are really using sap success factors recruiting module

Hi,

If you have onboarding module, you can track easily about how many employees has been joined through RCM=>OnB=>EC step. We are also taking out report against each Job Requisition, Candidate pool and monitor Recruiter Performance through it.
