How to mass import answers for users' security questions in SF?

Dear,

Is it possible to mass import (default) answers for users' security questions in SF? so users can reset password by themselves?

Recently, many of our users seek for help from admin that they forget not only their password but also the answers of the security questions (or they never set the answer of their security quesiton at all) . we can't reset their password one by one, thus seek for a way to mass reset / import the answer of the security questions to users can rest their password in the login page by themselves.

You are just referring to passwords right (as SF doesn't really do security questions, that's likelier onboarding 1.0 or Learning)?
Basically you go to employee export, download the file, add the PASSWORD column and use that for upload then as explained in this KB:
