In Learning Administration, admins can Add Learning history for users manually through the UI: Add Learning History for Multiple Courses | SAP Help Portal.  Virtual Learning Services have their own rules on attendance &  completions, see Supported Virtual Meeting Software for SAP SuccessFactors | SAP Help Portal.

using this option we need to manually select each user, it will be a tedious job for hundreds of employees.

There are also mass data options through the data import tool, connectors, & API usage which you should engage a certified partner to assist with the latter two. It sounds like enhancements need to be made to the service providing watch parties to provide such completions through API so it can be consumed by other vendors first. If they have documentation of it doing so, you may want to submit this as enhancement for SF LMS, see https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/87
