How to manage quota from Time Account Types to "adhoc" Time Types?

Hello Experts,

 

We have configured on our instance the following process:

- We have a Time Profile specific for a country "XPTO"

- On this time profile we have a Time Account Type "X" that receive quota directly form SAP HCM by CPI custom integration, so because this, Time Account Type's  Account Creation Type is "Adhoc"

- On the same Time Profile we had 2 Time Types ("A" and "B") related that consume quota of "X" Time Account Type

The new configuration is:

- I create the new Time Type called "C"

- Linked this new one to Time Account Type on "Time Account Posting Rule"

- Set the Time Type "C" to the Time Profile "XPTO"

- Resend the quota from SAP HCM to SF's Time Account Type

My issue is:

Consider a user that schedule 10 vacation days until now on their current year's quota:

Now, when I open the "Administer Time", the system not consider the past schedules on Time Account and the quota is complete (22 days), but if I create a new request for any of 3 Time Types available, the system consider and up to date the quota for this time account type.

My question:

Is it possible to update this quota automatically when I change Time Account Type?

I assume that it is not possible because the quota is calculated by SAP HCM, and when the quota is sent from SAP HCM he needs to send the last quota calculated. Considering that the Time Account Type is "Adhoc" and don't have an Accrual Rule, I don't have any calculation on Employee Central that can recalc this quota. But maybe I can consider the vacation registers to calculate them.
