Hello There,

The requirement is that we have to make the Present & Permanent Address types mandatory In PDC Step (Onboarding) so candidate can not proceed further if both the address are not added.

Hi Anuj -

You cannot make these sections mandatory but you can create a rule that will raise an alert message with an error severity to not allow the new hire to submit their PDC step until the information is entered into the fields in this section of the system. I don't see any specific KBAs that describe this for the Present & Permanent Address but this KBA includes a very helpful link to the blog written about different types of rule configurations for ONB data collection.

Hope this helps!

Hello Kristen,

Thank you for your valuable suggestions!

I already tried this KBA and added the validation under Address Object. This rule can only make one address type mandatory and that not fulfilling our requirement.

Regards!

Anuj
