How to make Pay Components Country-Specific

Hi Community

Has anyone used this option in their country configurations to enable making Pay Components Country-Specific?

If so, is there a bulk upload template that can be used to load all data?

Yes, we have used. You will associate cust_PayComponent as "one to many" in Country object, with "Pay Component Wrapper" as the destination object and "Composite" Type

This will it will allow you to associate Pay components in Manage data --> Country object.

You can use standard Import Export data of Country to do this import. If required just map few pay components to a particular country, export them and later you can use that as sample/template to do bulk upload.

Can i ask you one more question. Does this feature have an impact on event reasons? do we need to make any changes to our event reasons?

This association is to ensure that in compensation portlets you get only the pay components that are linked to employee's country and nothing else. So there is no impact to event reasons.
