How to make PA48 uneditable

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to make pa48 fields un-editable when being run? Grey them out? I tried creating a pa48 variant but it only gives me the first screen.

Hi Amina,

You start here a normal personnel action (hiring action). Which means you can decide which dynpros should be shown there.
