hi Team
we have launched the Varibale pay template but forms are not getting created. we checked a KBA 2631157 - "There were 0 plan(s) created." for Planners with Eligible Users in an EC integrated Comp Template - Compensation.
We have found that for all employee we checked they are not valid EC employee. Can you please let us know to make them Valid EC employee. Screenshot attached from provisioning --> . manage compensation --> Check Valid EC Users
Request clarification before answering.
Hi anupampandey0212
To create a EC user we must either create it manually through "Add new employee" feature OR if we use file import we must follow a specific file import process which you can find here : https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2080146
All the best

hi anupampandey0212
If you have a proven EC system that has been live for a while then the reason your worksheets are not creating isn't the fact that there are non-valid EC users.
I think this message is generic and doesn't point to the rootcause of the problem. Unfortunately there are many reasons why a worksheet wouldn't create in VarPay, many more than Compensation which is why it is key to hold the certification.
The reasons could be for example (most frequent) that the records you retrieved in employee history are not being tied to the Bonus plans that are designed (bonus plan - at least 1 - are mandatory- a worksheet cannot be created without them).
All the best

hi Xavier
bonus-plan.png records which are marked in yellow are the bonus plans column and it seems its linked with the employee ( PFB is the screenshot) ...I Hope this is what you were asking for ?
Regards
Anupam
