How to maintain "do not hire" list in E-Recruiting ver 6.0

Hi Gurus,

Please guide me how to maintain "do not hire" list in E-Recruiting ver 6.0.

Basically the requirement is to flag a candidate or an applicant as "black listed" .

There are situations where an ex employee keeps on applying for different positions, but is deemed "unsuitable" for the company,  for a particular reason.
Or situations where an external applicant  who had applied earlier  but was found unsuitable is applying again.

How can we flag this candidate/applicant, so that hiring managers become aware of this.

Please Guide !

Thanks,

Dana

Hi Dana,

You have the possibility to rate a candidate (TRM ranking). There you can add a ranking "black-list" and if a recruiter sees a candidate in the assignment screen with that ranking, do the processes you defined in your business.

Andy and Nicole thank u so much  for your help.

The requirement is to create a table in R/3 where details such has DOB, unique ID no , etc can be stored and if these details match with the entries made by the recruiter while filling External Application form of the candidate then further processing of the application should not be allowed.

Is there any standard feature in E Recruitment to Black list candidates ?

Hello Dana,

I have seen such requirements however, there is no standard way of handling it. However, you could use the ways as suggested by Nicole and Andy. In case, this does not meet your requirements

1. You need to create a custom table to store the details of candidates

2. Create a link recruiter to look into report for such cadidates stored in Z table. This requires Web Dynrpo development to pull records from Z table.

3. Create an Activity for Recruiter to like..."Check Black-Listed Candidates". It could be simple activity where recruiter can complete it after verifying if the candidate is not listed there.

Hope this helps.
