How to launch SuccessFactors mobile application via URL from website in mobile device ?

Hi,

We have a requirement for our website that we need to open the ios/android version of SuccessFactors application through the URL when the user is in mobile device. The problem is I couldn't find any deeplink scheme for SuccessFactors application. How can we launch the application when the user clicks the sf link in the website ? What should be the url of that link ?
