Is there a way to know how much storage I have used, versus what I have left to use in SAP Enable Now?

You mean for your SAP Enable Now cloud instance, on the server? Effectively there (currently) isn't a limit. Technically there is a limit but SAP will automatically extend this if you get close.

Officially: "The HANA database server has 64GB RAM, the application server provides 50 GB of storage for created content, which is automatically extended to up to 100 GB."
