How to insert value in worklist in CAT2

Dear Team,

I am working in CATS first time,as per my requirement I need to select data from worklist,earlier there were no worklist area in my CAT2 transaction code, than from CAC2 transaction code, in worklist group I set "input" in hours,receiver wbs element etc.

But when I run transaction code CAT2, worklist area is grey, I cannot insert any data, could you please tell me, how to add data in worklist area,is it from CAT2 than how, because, my worklist area is in gray mode, and if from other place, please let me know.
