How to identify requisition number? Could anyone help me.

Hi Ram Prasad,

If you wanted to know the purchase requisition number goto EBAN table there you will find the list of numbers in the field 'BANFN'.

Hi RP,

Type in the requisition title in field "header" of table HRP5125 -> then you see the object ID of the requisition.

Hi Nicole,

Issue :- User created 3 requisition and sent for manager approval. manager approved but due to some reason work flow didn't complete.

User raised that we couldn't find those requisition.  We found that these 3 requisition work flow didn't complete properly.

We contacted workflow consultant to complete work item succefully but user was could you please provide us requisition numbers to compare.

As these 3 requistions was created on Nov'13 month.  As we don't have requisition title or anyother details.

My doubts:-

But user was asking requisition number, How do I can identify requisition number,

1. I tried with user id but no luck

HRP5125 => enter his username in field UNAME and the date of creation in field AEDTM

Hi Andy,

I have tried first in the same way but no luck.

Even I have checked in work item - container but bad luck.

Is there any alternative way.

Hello,

If you are using the standard MSS Requisition Request process, then I guess there is no requisition number created yet in e-Recruiting as the e-Recruiting is updated once the workflow is fully approved. You need to check the ASR numbers in this case.
