How to Hide job relationship custom manager

I wanted to hide job relationship custom manager field from all employers how do i hide this field.

Thanks for reply, i just wanted to hide the custom manager type and name field from employee level. we just added only for compensation statements.

On data level you'd really have to create a record in the employee profile where you remove the record as of an effective date. In terms of the picklist in job relationships you could look for jobRelType in picklist center and choose to make that inactive as of a certain date (just make sure you've removed the custom managers as of a specific date in job relationships before doing so.
