Dear Community,
I need assistance with deactivating the "View Suggestions" button on the AskHR platform when a user attempts to create a ticket.
Despite searching through the Community and SAP for ME, I haven't found a suitable KB document for this. I've come across several discussions on the Suggestion feature, but they don't seem to align well with C4C/AskHR.
Has anyone encountered this requirement before and can guide me through the process please?
