How to handle mandatory or general increases in the Compensation Planning Form

Hi everyone,

I would be interested in how you handle mandatory or general increases in your company (such as mandatory increases negotiated with the unions in France, salary indexation in Belgium, general increase in Germany etc.).

Is anyone managing those increases in the Compensation Planning Form? If yes, have you customized any specific column for it? Do you have a specific budget pool for it?

As of today we have a single compensation template for around 40 countries and we do merit, adjustment (market etc.), promotion, lumpsum and variable pay target adjustment.

Any comments or guidance will be appreciated.

We can indeed create a template specifically for these type of increases in the Compensation module OR we can use mass changes in EC (through standard features or through Integration Center) in some cases to do these type of changes.
