Dear All,
we offer an online item (WBT or AICC Wrapper document) in SuccessFactors with a price.
If the user buys the wbt, he can use it.
But we realized that after the completion of the online item, the user cannot access it again without buying it again.
Do you know of any setting how we can achieve that the online item, once purchased, is permanently accessible?
We tested the setting "user can access content from learning history", but still no access.
