How to get values from table

Hi Experts,

I have added a field COMPANY as an external search criteria in Job Search application.

Now I want to get the company values from the table T77RCF_COMPANY. How can I achieve this?

And also came to know that I need to create a class  to populate those data.

I'm new to this technology. Please help me experts.

You can use here class CL_HRRCF_T77RCFCOMPANY.
