How to get SuccessFactors Onboarding System API URL?

Hello,

I need to call the SuccessFactors Onboarding module API's to use them for my integration project. However, I am unaware of the API server URL for Onboarding. For EC, I know SAP has notes like 2089448 and 2215682, which describes the URLs, but for Onboarding I can not find such a note or KBA. Can someone guide me as to where and how to find the ONB API urls? We are on DC2 (performancemanager.successfactors.eu)
