How to get only one record with timestamp among multiple records in SF report?

Dear,

We are working on some reports in Successfactors, need to list the latest education record for users. But seems in the 'table' report in Successfactors, if a user has multiple education records (with different completion date), it will list all record for the user.

We tried with the formula and setup of the report, but could not find a way to list only the latest record for a user (the latest date). Is there any exper can help on this?

Assume other customers should have same needs, very often we need to get a record for a user with multiple record, but not easy to get this done in SF report.

Great thanks in advance,

Hi Angie and Li,

I stumbled across this message and have a similar question. Hoping you can help. Using the information provided, I created duplicate tables for each degree and created calculated columns to return the highest degree. In most cases this works, however, some individuals have multiple degrees (ex. 2 bachelors degrees, 3 masters degrees). This results in extra rows of data. I've tried to narrow down using the field comparison filter based on graduation date which results in either no changes or the degree no longer shows. There is no start or end dates associated with the degree other than the date received (and in some cases there is no date available).

Thank you!

Amanda
