How to get max date of intervention request

I've got a cross tab of all the interventions so it shows all the dates when the intervention have been requested. See attachment but example below.

How do I get it to only show the most recent request so in this case it would just show the 10/10/23 line?

Intervention is not a term used in SF Learning, is this within a different certain module of Sf HCM suite or just a label rename/customized?

Can anyone help with this please? I just need the most recent session request date to put on a report. Thanks

That's what some of the tables are called in our LMS system. I think it's the Item name just changed to Intervention. Thanks.
