How to generate a candidate object for your backend test user with report RCF_CREATE_USER.

I am trying to generate a candidate object for your backend test user with report RCF_CREATE_USER.

I fill all infomation to create a candidate, However, I am not sure what mean of these fields like: personal number, position number, ...

I get the error message: No valid interval doud (internal number assignment)

Is there anyone here know this problem?

Can you tell me what the full error message and error code is?
Is the number range maintained in Transaction SNRO, object BU_RELNR?
