With the onset of deprecation warnings for legacy report types by SAP, it has become critical to understand which reports are most frequently used and actively interacted with by customers. This insight enables informed planning and prioritization of report migration to Story Reporting.
This article explains how to fetch table, tile, and dashboard report information, along with report execution and usage details, using Story Reporting.
1. Navigate to Report Center.
2. Create a new Story using Optimized Design Experience.
3. In Query, Select Reporting Usage Data.
4. Select All Report Information.
5. Select Required fields
6. To Fetch execution details, select Show Related Tables option and select Report Execution Details table
7. Select required fields
8. Once done, save query, exit and add a table and add the selected fields.
