How to Export/Import Role Based Permissions and Groups

RBP Roles and Groups are different in our lower environments to production for testing purposes. The issue I face is that when we refresh a lower environment from Production the roles and groups are overwritten and I need to recreate them, which is time consuming. Is there a way to export from one environment and import to another?

You can look at using Package Configuration Manager (PCM) tool to import and export permissions between SAP SuccessFactos instances. You can review the below link for more details.

Currently it is not supported to export and import permission roles. There's already enhancement raised for this function: Improvement Request Details - Customer Influence .
