How to export and import Pay Ranges

Dear Experts,

Could you help me how to export and import Pay Ranges? We need to update Pay ranges in SF with mass change.

According to a KBA it should be available in "Import and Export Data" feature. Unfortunately it is not available there.

What can be the problem? Maybe is it an RBP issue?

Dear szabolcs.beda,

For you to import Pay Range you have to do it from the "Import Foundation Data" transaction.

In case you want to export the existing values, you can only do it using a report. Go to the "Import Foundation Data" and download the template for the pay range import. With that you can create your report (can be a table report to make it easy). Please just remember that before importing the Pay Ranges, you have to make sure that you follow the CSV format, which requires two line header, like the below:

I did not find this information in any SAP documentation but now I see that it was changed (from "Export Import data") to "Import Foundation Data" in a 2022 Release.
