Hello Dear Community,
our client's request is to exclude via the Eligibility Rules the employees that have in a specific pay component in People profile the value zero.
We are wondering if it is possible to create an eligibility rule which will say: if in EC, the pay component pc_003 is equal to zero, then...... exclude the employee from the Variable Pay process.
As far as we understood, there is no possibility to add as an expression the part "if the pay component pc_003" in the rule.
Did you face a similar issue? Is there a rule which we can use in order to exclude an employee from the form in case he does not have the pay component in the People Profile?
Thank you in advance for your time.

Hi fegrasso87
Your business case is documented here in Rule 5 (on top of Phil's reply) : https://blogs.sap.com/2020/09/02/compensation-eligibility-rules-lesser-known-rule-conditions-and-ove...
All the best
