How to exclude base calculation cursalary from standard field adjustment2 in comp template -non EC

Hi ,

I am new to Compensation module and not able to think any solution here

we had requirement to default percent field on certain conditions.

this percentage field was open and needs to be defaulted in initial form load.

To achieve above requirement , I have used standard field extra2 and added guideline to default however , this field has no significance in annual salary calculation. Now when I am testing it -

1. extra2 is getting calculated on cur salary - eg. 100 % on cur salary

2. then amount getting added into new annual salary filed - same behaviour as merit promotion etc.

is there any way - i can have solution here of defaulting field or using standard field without having salary calculation

Please use lumpsum or lumpsum2 field to to capture the default guideline. These fields do not get added to finSalary.
