Hi Team
We are new to this SAP Enable now tool and have finished our configurations and setting for Web assistant. Now we want to download the standard content and to edit and publish to the learner community. Can anybody help us with the step-by-step guide of the above process.
Appreciate your help in advance

Hi Nayeem,
we have a really good tutorial in the Info Center with a step by step guidance:
Go to the How-To tab if you open the link below:
https://enable-now.sap.com/ic/wa/ext/%7Etag/published/index.html?show=slide!SL_E3E665095F70FA93
To open the tutorials you have to login with your S-User ID.
In the Web Assistant Authoring guides are all standard content URL listed, you will see some of them also in the Tutorials - just want to make sure you have the full list.:
In short:
You need first to set-up a connection to a Connected Workarea (SAP standard content)
Create in a second step an Extended Workarea and set the Connected Workarea as "Base Workarea" (This allows you to copy SAP standards content to you own environment)
In a third step you select in your Extended Workarea an learning Item you want to modify a click on "Fetch Data" This allows you finally to edit the content/learnign item.
But please take a look to the Tutorials.
Keep in mind that modified content needs to be maintained by you for future changes.
Hope that helps - if so please accept this answer 🙂
Best regards, Michael
