How to do manual and auto image cropping in SAP Enable Now?

Hello Community!

The Manual Crop, Auto Crop and Uncrop is NOT working as expected.

Could someone explain me the right approach/ideal technique for manually cropping, automatic cropping, and uncropping an image?

Here is the Workaround

I have to select folder from the context menu and edit and crop the image by navigating to the dump_page sub-folder.

I've never tried this using the Web Editor, but it should work. My suggestion is to use Producer, where I've had no problems. And you should never need to go to the Folder and work there - I'd suggest only very experienced users who are troubleshooting should ever do that.

(Also, can you use a more descriptive subject for your questions, please? This is the SAP Enable Now forum, so just titling your questions "SAP Enable Now" is reductive. Thanks.)

Actually, it works as expected, because cropping is for the documentation only, not for the simulations. If you want a smaller recording area for your simulations, then please choose the Region, and adjust its size accordingly.
