Hello dear Community.
We are facing an issue regarding the Budget Assignment tab in Compensation Module.
In some previous testings, we enabled the cascading budget functionality through Manage Permission Roles --> manage Compensation --> Budget Assignment, and as admins we configured the cascading budget as an example.
Then, we assigned the cascading budget in the head of hierarchy in order to perform a test.
However, we removed the cascading budget configuration and also the Budget Assignment permission for the head of hierarchy, but the head of hierarchy can still view the budget assignment tab in Compensation Admin Centre.
Could you please suggest what else is missing in order to remove the Budget Assignment tab from the view of the head of hierarchy?

Hi Maria,
The budget assignment will appear either through permissioning or if the user has a cascaded budget assigned to them. See KBA 2379570 - Compensation - When will the “Budget Assignments” tab display for the employees? - SAP for... for more info on how to enable/disable this.
You might need to remove the budget assigned to the head of the hierarchy.
