How to disable access to job requisitions to the hiring manager based on the business unit of the position

You can achieve this using business rules. In the Position Management Recruiting Integration rule, you can define logic such as: if the logged-in user (e.g., the manager) has a business unit that matches the business unit on the position, then the requisition should be created. Otherwise, the system should display an error message.
