How to delete a used questionnaire in E-rec?

Hi All,

My client has a requirement to delete a questionnaire which is already in use or status is "do not use". I understand from this link, it is possible using Tcode PHAP_Admin and PHAP_Catalog. However I dont have clarity how to do it?

Can anybody help me to resolve this issue as it is a production issue?

Note: Generally questionnaire get stored in HRP5141. Can I delete relevant questionnaire from HRP5141 >then change questionnaire status as draft > delete. Is it possible?

It would be really great if somebody can reply with detailed step.

Hi Purnima,

We use here the template structure of Performance Management. So you can delete the templates in the same way as there, which is:

go to PHAP_CATALOG_PA -> context menu Status->Cancel Release

If you can't delete the template there because it says it is already in use, follow the guidelines in note 372715.

Thanks for your valuabe inputs.

Will you be kind enough to provide detail step to change questionaiire status (which are already released and used) using Tcode PHAP_Catalog_PA.

My doubt is: Tcode PHAP_Catalog_PA is reated to appraisal template.How will I delete/edit E-recruitment questionnaire using this Tcode?

Hi Purnima,

As mentioned in the ticket: PHAP_CATALOG_PA is just for personnel administration templates. PHAP_CATALOG shows all templates - E-Recruiting, LSO and PA.
