Product: SAP Commissions/ SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management
Does anyone have experience with a comp plan scenario where a new plan which started this year(say Jan 2024) is YTD plan; paid Quarterly, and may have balances from last year(say Oct 2023) for a particular position.
The requirement is to have this balance to be paid in Mar 2024 end (Quarter end) as opposed to Feb 2024(the current open period). The default behavior will bring any balance to the next open period which would be counter productive since the new plans are paid at a Quarterly level. Any pointers on how to achieve this? Thank you so much!
