How to default wage types in IT0008 especially in Recruitment

Hi Dear friends

I understand that defaulting Wage types and functioning of inval in PA40 and PA30 is pretty straight forward. But I am wondering how can we enable Inval function on Recruitment and default the wagetypes in IT0008 of recruitment like PB40 and PB30.

Any help will be greatly helpful.

Maintain Employee Group and ESG in IT0016 for the applicant in PB30 and then create IT0008 for the applicant in PB30.Kindly Test it.
