How to customize MSS services in R/3 system

Hello Experts,
                  In MSS their are Areas named as Overwview, Team,Recruiting these contain services.
In Recruiting,
These are the services listed,
1)Recruiting

2)Create Requisition Request

3)Maintain Subtitute
The service MAintain Substitute which gives error "portal exception"when i open it ,kindly suggest!!

i Was trying to maintain its PCD in resource but its not availabe their. i tries to create Z service n linked with a z resource but not bale to get it in MSS.
I used theArea Group Page:   SAPDEFAULTMSS

Hi ,

Reading many  post I found that MSS cannot be customized .
For the above issue system alias was added in portal System.
and fuctional added some entries in tables.
