Hi alina123, I have did the PP3 part but still it is not visible even after I gave miscellaneous permissions to MDF Portlets. Do I require to create a new MDF portlets?

In Employee Profile, you can add picklists to:

• Background Elements;
• Standard;
• User Info.

To edit the fields, you need:

1. Open your instance;
2. Search "Manage Business Configuration;
3. Employee Profile.

Background Elements:

1. Background Elements;
2. Choose the field;
3. Click in "Details" in the data field that you want to add a picklist;
4. Found "Picklist";
5. Click in the dropdown and choose the picklist that you want to use;
6. Click "Done";
7. Save.

Standard:

1. Standard;
2. Choose the field;
3. Found "Picklist";
4. Click in the dropdown and choose the picklist that you want to use;
5. Save.

User Info:

1. User Info;
2. Choose the field;
3. Found "Picklist";
4. Click in the dropdown and choose the picklist that you want to use;
5. Save.
