How to create a job that closes all open job requisitions

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a job that will close all the open requisitions.

I am following the KBA <ahref="https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3151623">https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3151623

But each time I try to create the job I am facing error while doing the test run. There are some mandatory fields which needs to be filled like direct cost. When I searched in teh Manage template --> Job Requisition it is there , but while creating the report under Admin --> dropdown Reporting I do not find Direct cost from Job Requisition column to add in the reporting
Even after trying multiple times I face error while performing the test run.

Can anyone guide me please?
