how to create a default password for all SF users

Dear All

We are implementing IAS in a new client, but most of their employees are operational, that is, they do not have a corporate email, so we have chosen to create dummy emails, but how can we create a default password for all SF users? ? so they can log in

I have followed the KB https://me.sap.com/notes/0003001615  but it does not work

Can someone help me know what steps are correct to carry out this test?

Hi

I'd suggest to use the Password Sync functionality in such case so you don't even need to create new passwords for users, users will be able to login with the existing SF password the first time (using SF password validation call) and IAS will store and manage the password from that point.
