How to count all the absences which are between 0.0 - 1.0 day as half day, in successfactors?

I want to create a rule for a time type, where each time off request which is less than 1 day, counts as 0.5 day.

Does anyone has any idea on how to build this rule?

I didn't find anything similar and everything I've tried is not working correctly.

Note: on the time type I cannot use the ''Half day bookings allowed''.
