How to configure SF user for accessing SF data through OData services

Hi.

we need to import data from SF to SAC through odata services connection. As data service URL (for test purposes) we use the next one https://api18preview.sapsf.com/odata/v2/ with basic authentication and admin user. At the moment we are able to connect to SF, see objects like users, goals and so on. Also we can import some data from SF, but the import behavior is different for different objects, what i mean - for example, we can see and import all the rows from users object (table?), but we cannot see and import all the rows from goals object, we can import only the rows that are related to the user used in odata connection (admin). So, how can we import all the data from the table, not only related to the user that is used to establish odata connection? we have about 2k users on customer side and it will be hard to explain that 2k data connections will be needed.

maybe there are instructions with exact steps on how to do this?
