how to configure/find One Time Deductions Portlet

Hello Team,

I am trying to implement One time Deductions Portlet, but it looks like it does not work as a normal Portlet as for example Recurring Deductions which you activate, show it in Configure People Profile and that´s it

This One has a whole section in this guide attached, and reads that it has 3 objects to implement it

I do not really understand the necessity of this 3 objects, usually this portlets have just 1 usable with all the necessary fields, Why are those 3 needed?

Also i see this block available in Configure People Profile, but when i choose it it does not appear in employee info

Is it because it is Deprecated?
