How to Configure Automatic Rejection Emails 48 Hours After Disqualification on Business Days Only?

Hello,

I am currently working on configuring the automatic sending of rejection emails in our SAP system. The goal is to have these emails sent 48 hours after a disqualification occurs, but only during business days (Monday to Friday).

I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up :

1. Timing: Emails should be triggered 48 hours after a disqualification, that's easy to set up through  Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings > Return Email Address Information.
2. Business Days Only: The emails should only be sent during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays > How to configure this ?

Could someone provide insights on the best way to achieve this in SAP?

Hi Laura,

as far as I know there is no way to set it up to take into account holidays and weekends etc. 

We have opted to send the notification out 7 days after the status change, this way we can at least make sure it is a regular working day (not a sunday), but our recruiters still need to be aware of the local holidays.
